To the officers of the late war, the second of independence : the following proceedings had in reference to an application to Congress, for lands in remuneration for ardous services, severe sufferings, and consequent losses, are respectfully submitted and recommended to their especial attention, by the Committee of Correspondence, in the city of New-York, duly appointed by a meeting of officers, held on the 15th September, A.D. 1826., by J. Watson et al.
