Harrumph, I looked at several books in the World eBook Fair's
Children's collection, and the World eBook Library is claiming
copyright on them all, even the ones that are clearly public domain.
I guess their position is that if you replace the title page with your
own, add a page describing your organization, you can then claim a new
copyright. Also, it's "A Visit from Santa Claus", not "A Visit from
Santa Clause"!
