You might be on to something here. Perhaps OCA is behind Google
in non-English texts. Let's think of how that can be improved.
By the way, do you have the numbers for Project Gutenberg?
One thing we can easily conclude is that Google is far behind in
metadata openness and statistics / bibliometry.
Now, metadata and open catalogs should be the specialty of the
http://demo.openlibrary.org/ project which is part of OCA and/or
the Internet Archive. Are you following the OL mailing lists?
