I certainly wouldn't speculate on anything available at Google,
but Project Gutenberg has over 100,000 total eBooks, at 25,000+
listed in the Project Gutenberg Newsletters, along with 75,000+
at http://www.gutenberg.cc

Of all these, somewhere between 1/3 and 1/2 are non-English.

I am personally currently pushing more languages more than any
other idea in the eBook world, and would certainly love to get
some support out to anyone interested in more eBook languages.
