This was a two-volume collection of papers on communicative language teaching. The volumes were first published in 1979 and 1984, and were later put online by Oxford University Press. Though we can no longer find the cover page for the volumes as a whole, OUP still has the individual papers posted as PDF files, as of August 2012.
