Amazing Stories
Amazing Stories was an American science fiction magazine published in the 20th century (and early 21st century, in one revival).
Publication History
Amazing Stories began publication in 1926 under the editorship of Hugo Gernsback. Beginning in 1954, some (but not all) issues had their copyright renewed. Some individual contributions from 1932 onward also had their copyrights renewed separately. The magazine's name shifted slightly at various points from 1958 onward to include "Science Fiction" along with or instead of "Stories" in the title. The magazine stopped publishing in 1995, but had two short revivals afterwards, the most recent one ending in 2005.
