Annual Magazine Subject-Index is was a subject index to selected American and English periodicals, published in the early 20th century by the Boston Book Company.

Publication History

A subject index was included in early volumes of the Bulletin of Bibliography, and in 1907 the Magazine Subject Index was published separately. By 1908, it was declared an annual, and in 1909, a dramatic index was added. No issue copyright renewals appear to exist for this journal. Publication appears to have ceased after 1949.

Persistent Archives of Complete Issues

• 1907: HathiTrust has the first volume, which indexed selected periodicals for 1907, and some for prior years as well.
• 1908-1922: HathiTrust has volumes for 1908 through 1922 readable online, and later volumes searchable but not readable.
