The Analyst was a 19th-century American journal of pure and applied mathematics, edited by Joel E. Hendricks and published in Iowa.

Publication History

The Analyst began publishing in 1874, and ran through 1883. It was replaced by "Annals of Mathematics", which still publishes today. (Issues of Annals of Mathematics are listed separately.)
