Boston Medical Intelligencer was a medical journal published in Boston in the 1820s.
Boston Medical Intelligencer began in 1823 as the Medical Intelligencer. It added "Boston" to its name in 1826. In 1828, it merged with the New-England Medical Review and Journal to become the Boston Medical and Surgical Journal.
