The Colophon

The Colophon was a quarterly publication for book collectors and book lovers, published in New York in the 1930s.

Publication History

The Colophon began publication in 1930. It started a "new series" in 1935 (with less elaborate graphics), and a "new graphic series" in 1939. There were no issue copyright renewals, but there were some contribution copyright renewals beginning in 1931. It ceased publication in 1940.
