presents serial archive listings for

Film Daily

Film Daily was "the newspaper of filmdom", an American motion picture trade journal published in the 20th century. (There is a Wikipedia article about this serial.)

Publication History

Film Daily began publishing in 1915 as "Wid's Film and Film Folk". It took on a few other names early on, settling on "Film Daily" in 1922. No issue or contribution copyright renewals were found for this serial. It ceased publication in 1970. The paper was prone to deterioration over time, so many of the scans linked below may have torn or partly missing pages.
