Journal of the Annual Council of the Protestant Episcopal Church of the Diocese of Virginia is a report of the annual meeting of the Episcopal Church's Virginia diocese. The title has varied somewhat over time.

Publication History

Anglican clergy arrived in Virginia in 1607. The Episcopal Diocese of Virginia was organized in 1785, and has had regular meetings since then. The diocese of West Virginia split off from this diocese in 1877, and the Diocese of Southern Virginia split off in 1892.

• 1831-1897, 1914-1919: HathiTrust has the 1831 through 1897 conventions, and the 119th through 124th, scanned from the New York Public Library.
• 1852-1888, 1891, 1892, 1894-1912, 1915-1916, 1918: HathiTrust has many of the 19th and early 20th century conventions as well, scanned from the University of Wisconsin.
• 1863: The Internet Archive has the 68th council in higher quality images that the ones on HathiTrust.
• 2002-present: The Diocese of Virginia Website has journals of the 207th and later councils.
