M-U-M is the official publication of the Society of American Magicians. The letters stand for "Magic, Unity, Might".
M-U-M began in 1911. Between 1927 and 1951 it was published as a special section of other magicians' magazines (The Sphinx from 1927-1941, and 1947-1951; Genii from 1941-1947). It became a standalone magazine again in 1951. No issue copyright renewals exist for this magazine. It is still published today.
