The North American Review

The North American Review is a journal of literature and culture, published starting in the 19th century.

Publication History

The North American Review began publication in Boston in 1815, with 3 issues per year. It ran until 1940. No issue copyright renewals exist for this journal, but some contributions were renewed at least as far back as 1923. In 1964, the magazine was revived in Iowa, and remains in publication there today.
