Here are entered works on the status of states resulting from their adoption of impartiality towards belligerent states, and on the consequent rights and duties created between the neutral states and the belligerents under international law. Works on the foreign policy of states who do not identify themselves with the major power blocs but retain the option of becoming aligned when necessary are entered under Nonalignment.
