In the House of Representatives, Feb., 15, 1832. Ordered, that the bill regulating licensed houses be committed to the Committee on the Judiciary, with instructions to report a bill, repealing the provisions in act regulating licensed houses, passed March 19, 1831 which requires Selectmen to take and oath, and such as are licensed to enter into recognizance: and to provide that any person may be licensed both as an innholder and retailer, the applicant paying an excise for each license.
