Public Building Act of 1949. : Hearings before the Committee on Public Works, House of Representatives, Eighty-first Congress, first session, on H.R. 3662 and H.R. 3019, bills to provide for comprehensive planning, for site acquisition in and outside of the District of Columbia, and for the design of federal building projects outside of the District of Columbia ; to authorize the transfer of jurisdiction over certain lands between certain departments and agencies of the United States, and to provide certain additional authority needed in connection with the construction, management, and operation of federal public buildings, and for other purposes.
