An ordinance of the Lords and Commons assembled in Parliament, for the punishing of such souldiers as absent themselves from their colours and the army under the command of Sir Thomas Fairfax and all souldiers who are under the command of the said Sir Thomas Fairfax are within six daies after publication hereof to repaire to their colours upon paine of death., by England and Wales Parliament
