Ameryka was a Polish-language newspaper based in Ohio.

Publication History

Ameryka began in 1889 in Toledo. It was retitled Ameryka w Toledo in 1891. It merged with Kúrjer Clevelandski, a Cleveland-based Polish-language newspaper, in 1892, and published for the rest of the year as Ameryka w Toledo i Kúrjer Clevelandski, before reverting to Ameryka in 1893. In 1902 it merged with the Buffalo-based Echo to form Ameryka Echo, which would publish until 1971.
