Annals of the Cape Observatory was a journal administered by the Royal Observatory at the Cape of Good Hope in South Africa, and published in London by His Majesty's Stationery Office.
Annals of the Cape Observatory appears to have begun in the 1890s, though some undated parts record observations from as far back as the 1870s. Volumes were published in parts, and were not always published in order. No issue or contribution copyright renewals were found for this serial. (More details) From 1961 onward the Cape Observatory and the Royal Greenwich Observatory published joint Royal Observatory Annals. In the 1970s, the Cape Observatory merged into the new South African Astronomical Observatory. Dates in the listings below reflect the publication dates we have found on volume or issue title pages, elsewhere in issue front matter, or in other sources.
This is a record of a major serial archive. This page is maintained for The Online Books Page. (See our criteria for listing serial archives.) This page has no affiliation with the serial or its publisher.
