Publication History

The Architect began in 1869. It ran until 1926, when it merged with Building News and Engineering Journal to form The Architect and Building News.

• 1869-1870, 1872-1876, 1879-1880, 1882, 1904, 1906, 1908-1922: HathiTrust also has volumes 1-2, 4, 7-12, 14-16, 21, 23, 27, 71-72, 75-76, 80-84, and 86-108, scanned from the University of California. Access to volumes published after 1898 may be restricted outside the United States.
