The first of the Bulletins of the Employment Stabilization Research Institute was published in late 1931. The first copyright-renewed issue is April 1932 (v. 1 no. 4). We know of no actively copyright-renewed contributions. (More details) We are not sure exactly when the series ended, but it was probably in early 1935.
