Chemical Age

Chemical Age was a 20th century American journal "for the business man in the chemical industry".

Publication History

Chemical Age began in 1919. In 1920 it merged with Chemical Engineer, keeping the Chemical Age name but taking on Chemical Engineering's volume numbers. In 1925, it merged into Chemical, Color and Oil Record, which continued as Chemical Record-Age for a few issues and then as Chemicals. All content of this serial is in the public domain in the US.

• 1919-1920: The Center for Research Libraries has volumes 1 and 2.
• 1920: The Internet Archive has volume 28, numbers 5-12. (Previous issues in volume 28 are Chemical Engineer issues; previous 1920 Chemical Age issues are in volume 2 above.)
• 1921: The Internet Archive has volume 29.
• 1922: The Internet Archive has volume 30.
• 1923: HathiTrust has volume 31.
• 1924: HathiTrust has volume 32.
• 1925: HathiTrust has volume 33, numbers 1 and 2, the last issues published under this title.
