The Commonwealth Forestry Review

The Commonwealth Forestry Review is the third name of a long-running forestry journal, published by what is now known as the Commonwealth Forestry Association.

Publication History

The predecesssor of The Commonwealth Forestry Review was the Empire Forestry Review, which began publishing under that name in 1946. (Volumes under that name are listed separately.) It changed its name to the Commonwealth Forestry Review partway through 1962, but continued the older journal's volume numbering. (Hence, the first volume under this name is numbered 41.) No issue or contribution copyright renewals were found for this serial. (More details) The Commonwealth Forestry Review in turn changed its name to the International Forestry Review, in 1999. That version of the journal (which will be listed separately) is still publishing.
