The Communist

The Communist was a monthly theoretical journal of the Workers (Communist) Party, later the Communist Party of the United States of America, published in the early 20th century.

Publication History

The Communist began in 1927, as a successor to Workers Monthly, continuing its volume numbering. In 1944, it was renamed Political Affairs, which continues to publish online. No issue copyright renewals exist for The Communist.
