La Cultura is an Italian cultural and philosophical review.

Publication History

La Cultura began in 1881, and published its first full volume in 1882. A second series began in 1891, and a third series in 1907, though volumes were also numbered by their overall year. In 1913 it was renamed Nuova Cultura and in 1914 Il Conciliatore. The journal went on hiatus starting in 1915, but a new series began in 1921, once again as La Cultura. Publication was suppressed in 1936, but resumed in 1963. No issue or contribution copyright renewals were found for this serial. (More details) It is still published today.
