Duke Law Journal began in 1951 as the Duke Bar Journal. It was renamed the Duke Law Journal in 1957. The first actively copyright-renewed issue is 1955 (v. 5 no. 1), © May 30, 1955. We know of no actively copyright-renewed contributions. (More details) It is still published today.
