The English and Empire Digest was a multivolume digest series of annotated cases reported in British and British Empire and Commonwealth courts, arranged alphabetically by topic.
Publication History
The English and Empire Digest began in 1919. Its initial run of 49 volumes ended in 1932. No issue or contribution copyright renewals were found for this serial. (More details) Updated, supplemental, and replacement volumes were also published; later volumes were titled simply The Digest. The last volume we know of was published in 2010.
