Fieldiana: Botany

Fieldiana: Botany was the title of a series of botanical monographs published by what is now the Field Museum in Chicago.

Publication History

The first issue of Fieldiana: Botany, from volume 24, was published in 1946. The series replaced the Field Museum's Botanical Series, which continued publishing its last issues until 1947. Issues were not always published in chronological order. A new series of Fieldiana: Botany began in 1979, and publishef 49 issues. No issue or contribution copyright renewals were found for this serial. (More details) In 2010 Fieldiana: Botany merged with Fieldiana: Geology and Fieldiana: Zoology to form Fieldiana: Life and Earth Sciences, which ran until 2017.
