Publication History

The first Indiana Law Journal was published by the Indiana Bar Association from 1898 to 1899. A new Indiana Law Journal, with new volume numbering, was begun by that Bar Association in 1925. In 1926 the Bar Association and the Indiana University law school started a new series, which continues today, now completely run by Indiana University law students. No issue or contribution copyright renewals were found for this serial.
