International Critical Commentary
International Critical Commentary, also known as The International Critical Commentary on the Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments, is a series of scholary commentaries on books of the Bible. (There is a Wikipedia article about this serial.)
Publication History
The first volumes of International Critical Commentary to appear were published in 1895 in the UK and in the US. Publication tapered off after the 1920s. No issue or contribution copyright renewals were found for this serial. (More details) In the 1970s, new volumes began to appear commenting on Bible books previously covered in the series, reflecting more recent scholarship. Volumes continue to be published today by T and T. Clark, an imprint of Bloomsbury. Some parts of the Bible are not yet covered, or are only covered by volumes currently in copyright. Volumes in the public domain are listed below in the order of the books of the Bible as arranged in early Commentary volumes listings.
