Internal Revenue Cumulative Bulletin was a US government periodical reprinting recent material from the Internal Revenue Bulletin relevant to ongoing tax issues. The full title has varied somewhat over time. For most of its run it was published by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
The earliest tax-related Cumulative Bulletins were published in 1919, and were compiled from Weekly Bulletins of income tax rulings. After the Internal Revenue Bulletin was established in 1922, the Cumulative Bulletins were published under the title "Internal Revenue Bulletin: Cumulative Bulletin". The title officially shifted to Internal Revenue Cumulative Bulletin for the 1969 volumes (and has since been applied retrospectively on some government websites). The last Internal Revenue Cumulative Bulletin published by the IRS was for 2008, though a private company continued publishing Cumulative Bulletins for at least a year afterwards.
