Iowa Law Review began publishing under that title in 1925, succeeding the Iowa Law Bulletin and continuing its issue numbering. The first copyright-renewed issue is March 1938 (v. 23 no. 3). We know of no actively copyright-renewed contributions. (More details) It is still published today.
