Land and Water

Land and Water was a London-based magazine on "the world's war" published during World War I, and shortly afterwards, by the County Gentleman Publishing Company. (There is a Wikipedia article about this serial.)

Publication History

There had been a 19th century incarnation of Land and Water, but this incarnation began in 1914, originally as part of the UK-based County Gentleman magazine. It later spun off on its own, running until after the war. It was absorbed by "The Field" in 1920.
