The Ogden Standard was the general name of a newspaper published in Ogden, Utah in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Various editions and title variants existed. This listing covers Ogden papers known as the Standard (or some variant with that word in the title) from 1888 to 1920.
The Ogden Standard was founded in 1888. It published both morning and evening editions for portions of its lifespan, as well as daily, weekly, and semi-weekly editions. In 1920 it fully merged with The Ogden Examiner (which this paper's owners had acquired in 1904) to become The Ogden Standard-Examiner.
