Motor Boating began in 1907 as The Motor Boating Magazine. The first actively copyright-renewed issue is February 1924 (v. 33 no. 2), © January 30, 1924. The first actively copyright-renewed contribution is from February 1957. (More details) It was renamed Motor Boating and Sailing in 1970, and MotorBoating in 2000. It ceased publication in 2011.
