Official Gazette of the United States Patent Office: Trademarks began in 1971, when the Official Gazette of the United States Patent Office split into Official Gazette of the United States Patent Office: Trademarks and Official Gazette of the United States Patent Office: Patents. All content of this serial is in the public domain in the US. (More details) In 1975, it was retitled for renaming of the United States Patent Office to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). The USPTO continues to publish a trademark gazette today.
