Printers' Ink Monthly began in 1919, complementing the weekly Printers'Ink magazine. The first actively copyright-renewed issue is June 1937 (v. 35 no. 1). We know of no actively copyright-renewed contributions. (More details) It ran until 1941, with Printers' Ink continuing after that.
