Rocky Mountain Law Review began in 1928. The first actively copyright-renewed issue is April 1930 (v. 2 no. 3). We know of no actively copyright-renewed contributions. (More details) It ran under this title until 1962, and was then renamed the University of Colorado Law Review, which continues today.
