Publication History
Vogue began in 1892. A British edition began in 1916, and other international editions followed later on. The first actively copyright-renewed issue is January 4, 1930 (v. 75 no. 1). The first actively copyright-renewed contribution is from April 15, 1936. (More details) It absorbed Vanity Fair in 1936, though that magazine resumed as an independent publication in 1983. It is still published today.
