The Yale Literary Magazine began in 1836. No issue copyright renewals were found for this serial. The first copyright-renewed contribution is from March 1932. (More details) Publication hiatuses and new series have occurred over time; the numbering of the current series appears to have begun in the 1980s. It is still published today.
