Thomas Milburn "Tom" Davis III (born January 5, 1949) is an American politician and lobbyist who served as the U.S. representative for Virginia's 11th congressional district from 1995 until his resignation in 2008. A member of the Republican Party, he announced on January 30, 2008, that he would not seek re-election to an eighth term.
