Re: Fwd: Library in former Soviet Union seeks books



There are organizations in Canada and I am sure in other western countries that collect books and journals for libraries in the former soviet union, and in 
Canada, at least, for Cuba. They will pay the shipping charges (which can be 
quite large) and sometimes pay a nominal price for the book (depending upon 
their funding)
