copyright

What ever the law. It has become apparent in the case of music that
copyright can not be legally enforced. Court case against Napster are
not going to stop the copiers. The technology makes it extremely easy to
copy and transmit music via MP3 files. There are not enough law
enforcement agents to stop the practice. Books have not as yet followed
suit, because it is still a fair amount of work to copy a book. Only a
few of us nuts are doing it. But when it becomes as easy to copy a book
as it is to copy music. The copyright law will no longer be enforceable.
Only those with some moral compunction will refrain.
