Charles: a quick check in OCLC's WorldCat database shows that there
are copies of "On Books and The Housing of Them" in many libraries
throughout the country (including NC A&T Univ. & UNC Chapel Hill).
Unless you have a strong desire to own a copy, your best bet will be
getting a copy to read via your local library's Interlibrary Loan
program.
