The mailing list cni-copyright also hosts many interesting
discussions of copyright. One announcement, concerning the
copyright status of old, unpublished texts, is this one.
The Dead Sea Scrolls texts published in Israel were reprinted
by others, and this occasioned a long copyright battle. Now
the Faculty of Law at University of Haifa is hosting a
webcast of a conference concerning the matter and its
recent resolution in the Israeli Supreme Court.
