Actually, Andamooka let readers annotate the books that are online. We host
most programming and open source-related books.
In addition to annoatation, I've also implemented a "collections" system that
lets users define collections of book pages that can be read (and, soon,
downloaded in HTML, PS, & PDF formats) as a single unit.
