There is a (reasonably) complete and capable search engine for searching
all the OAI registered site metadata. It's the "Cross Archive Searching
Service" at Old Dominion University available at
http://arc.cs.odu.edu/
I strongly suspect that there will be other OAI search engines available
soon. I'll try to get more information from the OAI people at Cornell
once they are back in town.

[Moderator: I've been getting server errors just now when trying
the ODU site, but maybe others will have better luck (or the bug
will be fixed) - JMO]
