Duplicate File Names

Considering the number of etexts in Project Gutenberg it is
not a surprise that there are some duplicate files names. In
order to help others who may be creating indexes to the
Gutenberg etexts, here are the duplicates I've found:
lteng10.xxx is used for both "Letters from England" by
Bancroft (1999) and "Letters on England" by Voltaire (2000)
marie10.xxx is used for both "Marie" by Haggard (1999) and
"Marie Antoinette and Her Son" by Muhlbach (2002)
vrctr10.xxx is used for both "A Voyage to Arcturus" by
Lindsay (1998) and "The Village Rector" by Balzac (1999)
wldfl10.xxx is used for both "Wild Flowers" by Blanchan
(2002) and "The Tenant of Wildfell Hall" by Bronte (1997)
youth10.xxx is used for both "Youth" by Conrad (1996) and
"Youth" by Tolstoy (2001)
