AHHHHH!!!!!!!

I hate it that we have to have disclaimers like that. Maybe we should
just add to the end of everything we say, "I'm just an ignorant & fallible
human being" or "if you're too stupid to check the facts yourself you
deserve what you get". Sorry for the rant. Parts of modern society make
me really mad sometimes. I'll try to be better.

[Moderator: Actually hiring a licensed attorney to provide "legal advice"
gives you certain protections, such as attorney-client confidentiality, and
at least in theory the ability to hold the attorney accountable for bad
legal advice. In general, you shouldn't consider *anything* you read on
the Net to be legal advice unless you're getting it from the lawyer you've
hired, but, law and people's assumptions both being somewhat unpredictable,
folks often post a "not legal advice" disclaimer just to be safe.
(If you want to be *especially* safe, you could try the disclaimer posted
